Nestbys is an online marketplace and introduction service. We are not a real estate agent, letting agent or property manager, and we are not a party to any accommodation agreement. We never hold, collect, process or handle rent or bond/deposit money — those are arranged and paid directly between host and guest. The only money Nestbys collects is its own service fee.
